Kind Postbox (“we”) runs kindpostbox.com, a service that turns an idea and a few answers into a small trained AI model with an API. You can reach us at [contact email].

• Your account: your email address, the workspace name you choose, and records of when you sign in.
• What you give a build: your idea, your chat messages and answers, any example rows you upload, and the test answers you check.
• What a build makes: training data, trained models, their scores and the build's log.
• Usage: how much of your plan you've used (builds, training time, AI work, predictions, downloads), so we can apply its limits. When your app calls a model's API, we count the call and keep its timing, not the text you sent.
• Payments: Stripe takes your card details. We see your plan, your subscription's status and your invoices, never your full card number.

• DeepSeek, the language model that asks the questions and writes and checks the training data. While a build runs, your idea, chat messages, example rows and test set are sent to DeepSeek. DeepSeek is based in China.
• Modal trains your models on cloud GPUs, and published models answer API calls there.
• Supabase holds your account and sign-in, the database with your builds and usage, and stored files.
• Stripe handles payments, invoices and the billing portal.
• Railway runs the Kind Postbox API that the app talks to.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Hugging Face: a build searches it for public datasets and base models, using search words taken from your idea, and downloads what it picks from there. Your example rows are not sent to Hugging Face.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember which page to open after you sign in. If you type an idea on the home page before signing in, your browser keeps it, and any example file you picked, for up to a day so it's waiting for you afterwards. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account, builds and models while your account is open. To delete your account and its data, email [contact email].

• Change your workspace name, and sign out, in Settings.
• Revoke an API key at any time in Settings, API keys.
• Cancel your plan in Plan & billing (Manage billing).
• Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at [contact email].

We'll update this page when something changes, and email you about anything important before it takes effect.
