Kind Postbox helps you train small AI models from a description, a few answers and, if you have them, examples. It gives you an API for each published model and, on paid plans, the model's files to download. By using it you agree to these terms.

You sign in with your email address. Anyone who can open your sign-in emails can get into your account, so keep your email safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and with its API keys.

• Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through Stripe. There is no free plan.
• Every plan has hard limits: builds, training time, AI work, predictions, downloads and more. They're checked before anything runs, so you never pay more than your plan's price.
• Paying yearly costs ten months' price for twelve months.

Cancel any time in Plan & billing (Manage billing). Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and then stops renewing.

There are no refunds, including when a model doesn't reach the target you set. Before you publish, you see an honest score on the test set you checked and where the model still misses, and you decide whether to keep improving it or stop.

• You keep the rights to your ideas, your examples and the models you train. You can download models on paid plans and run them anywhere.
• You let us use what you give us only to run the service for you: to build, train, store and host your models and answer their API calls.
• Only upload data you have the right to use, and to share with the services listed on our Privacy page.
• Builds can use public datasets and base models. Kind Postbox checks each one's licence before using it, and a build shows where its data came from.

Don't use Kind Postbox to break the law, to build models meant to harm people, or to get around its limits. We may suspend an account that does.

Models make mistakes. Check a model's results before you rely on it, especially for decisions about people. Kind Postbox is provided as it is, without a promise that a model will reach any particular score. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
